1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times Delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.
5. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@gridirontac.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Wrong Address GridironTac is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
